Multilingual AI jobs for native speakers

AI models that work well in English often stumble on other languages, dialects and cultural context. Native speakers fix that by writing, translating, reviewing and rating content in their own language. One6 recruits native speakers to match the languages and regional varieties each project needs.

What the work involves

Native-language writing

Write prompts, answers and conversations that sound natural in your language and region.

Translation and localization review

Translate content and check that it reads naturally and appropriately for local speakers.

Multilingual AI evaluation

Rate and correct model responses in your language for fluency, accuracy and cultural fit.

Speech and transcription

Record or transcribe speech in your language, including regional accents and dialects.

You may be a good fit if

  • You are a native or near-native speaker of a language other than, or as well as, English
  • You notice when text is grammatically correct but sounds unnatural
  • You know the regional variety and culture of your language, not just the textbook version
  • You can follow written guidelines in English

Skills and setup

  • Native fluency in your language and its regional variety
  • Good written English for instructions and comments
  • Translation or localization experience is useful but not always required
  • Subject knowledge for specialist language projects

Frequently asked questions

Which languages do you need?

It depends on current projects. Contributors are recruited to match each project's languages and regional varieties, so list every language you speak natively, including dialects, when you apply.

Do I need to be a professional translator?

No. Many language projects need careful native speakers rather than certified translators. You pass a skills test or trial task for the project before joining it.

Is the work remote?

Yes. One6 contributors work remotely, from wherever they are.

How much does it pay?

Compensation depends on the project. Before you start any project you receive its instructions and terms, including the tasks, how work is reviewed and how it is paid, and you are free to decline.

Does applying guarantee work?

No. Contributors are selected for each project based on its requirements, such as languages, domain and experience. We contact you when a project matches your profile.
